Bringing together a team of experienced leadership trainers and practitioners, this workshop is designed to be skills-focused, providing you with the opportunity to share your own experiences and to practice with each other. The day will cover several dimensions of leadership, from a micro, individual level, to a macro, systemic one. You will not only examine individual leadership values and skills, but will also explore systems thinking for leadership, including how to effectively deploy leadership skills to navigate complexity.
