Thomas Frankl held senior management positions in both the private and the international public sector, including the International Telecommunication Union in Geneva. He holds a Ph.D. in International Economics from the University of Munich and has been teaching at Swiss universities for over ten years.

He is a visiting professor at the Geneva Graduate Institute and the African Leadership University. His multidisciplinary book ‘Subliminal Leadership’ was published in 2024 by Routledge.
