Hey there, I'm Chloé, and I joined the Executive Education team in February 2022, taking on the role of Marketing and Communication Officer. My responsibilities encompass a 360-degree approach to communication, from managing emailing campaigns, newsletters, advertising, and public relations to designing eye-catching flyers.

Here's the fun part - I lead a double life! In 2021, I dipped my toes into the fashion world and started my own sustainable clothing brand. It's all about style with an eco-friendly twist. On top of that, I also happen to be a dedicated foodie. There's nothing quite like sharing a great meal with friends and diving into some unforgettable culinary experiences.

"You've gotta dance like there's nobody watching,
Love like you'll never be hurt,
Sing like there's nobody listening,
And live like it's heaven on earth." - William W. Purkey

As marketing and customer relationship manager, my role with my team is dedicated to developing our brand, increasing our visibility and deploying communication and marketing strategies to promote our expertise and the quality of our executive courses catalogue. I also manage customer relationship processes and tools, enabling our participants to have a smooth and qualitative customer journey.

Apart from my "official" job, I have some extra activities that make me quite busy :-) Mum of 2 young daughters, deputy mayor of my city in charge of youth and childhood, active member of committees dedicated to education and when I find extra time in my agenda, I practice my first "passion" with great pleasure: going out with friends and enjoying good food and wine :-)

Our Development Policies and Practices and Conflict Fragility Management Programmes have many moving parts, from international partnerships with local universities to coordinating almost 100 international students coming to Geneva. My role requires me to balance all these pieces, ensuring that professionals working in the development sector can complete a diploma of advanced studies.

I enjoy hiking in the Swiss mountains with my dog in my spare time, trying new restaurants and travelling to find the best scuba diving spots.

I am the programme assistant for the Development Policies and Practices programme. I work with the regional coordinators and with the students to ensure the programme runs efficiently and smoothly.

Music and baking are my two main passions. I also have a great curiosity for collecting and renovating old books, and I'm an enthusiastic reader of French and Russian literature.

I am responsible for the follow up with various donors and in charge of following up with local partnerships for Peru and Burkina Faso, where the Genre programme is implemented. I am actively involved in the planning and the development in Latin America by promoting, planning content, finding qualified teachers and much more!

I love capoeira and cycling. Musically speaking, I am fond of the Latin American cancion protesta and salsa (enjoying the music but no dance for me!). I also love literature, films and listening to various podcasts.

Since 2020 I have been driving the Executive Education activities at the Institute. A strong believer in people development, I strive to be a trusted partner focusing on creating value for all stakeholders and I believe my team is our competitive advantage.

In my role as Executive Education Event Officer, I am responsible for the successful execution of some of our open enrolment and B2B training programmes. This involves meticulous planning, efficient logistics management, and close collaboration with the Academic Advisors and other departments of the institute. Another important part of my job is working to make our administrative processes better, so both me and the team can focus on what really matters. In short, my mission is to ensure these programmes run smoothly and contribute to our organisation's educational excellence.

I love cooking, snowboarding, and paragliding! When I have some free time to spare, you can find me in my element, producing electronic music or simply cherishing precious moments with my son. These activities are a big part of my life and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Having joined the Executive Education Team, I am part of the Admissions Committee. I also answer your questions, make sure that all your documents and information are up to date for review, and support the promotion of our programmes in the Communication and Marketing team.

Turn the music on and I am there! Proud Parisian, I always find my way back home when I am not exploring other countries and cultures. I am a bubbly person, always on the move and ready for a good laugh. Food lover, I can’t refuse a cooking challenge #FoodisLife!

My team’s objective is to ensure the Executive Education department meets the financial expectations set by the Institute. This role includes preparing budgets of various programmes and following-up payments made and received. I also have an administrative role that includes the coordination of our annual audit, the preparation of work contracts in relation with HR services.

In my spare time, I like spending time in the mountains, not only skiing but also hiking, climbing, cycling and doing via ferrata. What I enjoy the most is a sandwich on a well-deserved summit, with a 360° view, or spotting mountain goats with the feeling we are alone in the world. I also like almost everything cooked with chocolate: ice-creams, cakes, biscuits… even zucchinis.

In my role as an Academic Support Officer, I am dedicated to guiding and supporting MAS participants on their academic journey, ensuring their success. I am responsible to oversee the meticulous execution and implementation of the MAS programme, to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for our participants. I also lead interactive sessions for our faculty, enhancing the overall academic experience.

I like reading, cooking, running, hiking in our beautiful mountains and sewing. I also do a lot of volunteering work, and I love traveling and discovering new cultures with my family.

I am in charge of the programmes' logistics in relation with the Academic Advisors, professional speakers and confirmed participants. I am in close communication with the confirmed participants and support them to arrive in Geneva and to be ready before programmes start.

I am calm and outgoing and adore spending time with my daughters. I am a fireball of energy: Hitting the gym 5 days a week, I am passionate about basketball, formula one and I live for music.

Have you seen online advertising about our programmes? You’re welcome. My role is to promote our offering through digital channels (website, Google, Linkedin, Facebook). I also have my moments as paparazzi in the classroom, taking pictures and making videos. Yes, you might sign-up for an advocacy course and end-off in a Hollywood movie. We support career change in Executive Education.

I’m an Olympique Lyonnais fan (football) - not the best decade unfortunately. I spend a lot of my time playing piano and video games (a Counter-Strike fan). Fortunately, I use muscles other than my hands by playing table tennis — is it a sport?
