This upskill will provide you with an intense reflection on storytelling. Oral, visual, and now digital – AI-designed – storytelling is everywhere. It is quintessential not just for advocates, professionals in public affairs, heads of communication, but also for policymakers and diplomats. What story to tell? Why tell it? How to do so in an efficient way? How long or short should it be? When to tell a story (and when not to)? We will study narratology (the discourse on narration), engage with the role of digital social media, eloquence and speech, visual storytelling (photography, videos and arts). The upskill will also engage with processes of creative production.
