Bringing together a team of experienced leadership trainers and practitioners, this training is designed to be skills-focused, providing participants with the opportunity to share their own experiences and to practice with each other. The two days will cover several dimensions of leadership from a micro, individual level, to a macro, systemic one.

  • Explore systems thinking for leadership, including how to effectively deploy leadership skills to navigate complexity
  • Understand the connection between leadership and biological, psychological and physiological awareness in order to practice holistic leadership skills
  • Consider their personal ethics and values
  • Elaborate their individual roadmap for their own leadership journey

DAY 1

Subliminal influence and leadership:

  • Interpret nonverbal signals and their impact on trust, influence, and negotiation outcomes
  • Align verbal communication and body language to build leadership credibility
  • Observe and decode hidden interpersonal dynamics in social interactions
  • Strengthen charisma, influence, and judgment through practical leadership techniques


DAY 2

Capacities for Systems Leadership

  • Apply systems thinking to navigate complex social and environmental challenges
  • Understand how complex adaptive systems shape policy and diplomatic environments
  • Identify collaborative approaches using systems thinking tools and processes
  • Develop the capacities needed to lead and exert influence within complex systems
