Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming an essential tool for professionals engaged in high-stakes negotiations. In complex and often contentious environments such as humanitarian crises, irregular migration, climate transformation and conflict management, the need for systematic planning under tight time and resource constraints is paramount. Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers a significant added value by providing advanced analytical capabilities, predictive modelling, and decision-support tools to negotiators, mediators and facilitators planning their engagement in a collaborative manner.
This course will provide participants with AI-driven strategies and tools to navigate and plan their negotiations more effectively. It will offer practical, hands-on learning tailored for professionals seeking to enhance their skills and obtain a recognised certification on AI-enhanced negotiation from the Geneva Graduate Institute.
