This Upskill combines an intensive course on complex negotiation tools and methods with the latest advancements in AI-supported negotiation. You will strengthen your capacity to engage in complex multilateral settings by mastering core negotiation tools and strategies, while also learning to apply AI modelling for planning, analysis, and team-based decision-making. The course emphasises both the human-centred foundations of negotiation practice and the responsible integration of AI tools to support collaborative solutions in high-stakes contexts.

- Apply proven frameworks of relational and transactional negotiation in multilateral environments
- Design negotiation strategies using tools such as the Island of Agreements, Iceberg and Common Shared Space, as well as Stakeholder Mapping
