Can AI Make You a Better Negotiator? Research Findings and Practical Insights

Can AI Make You a Better Negotiator? Research Findings and Practical Insights

Jérôme Duberry, Claude Bruderlein
, -

Artificial intelligence is entering the negotiation room, but what does that actually mean for practitioners navigating complex, multilateral environments? In this webinar, we draw on original research to explore how AI tools are reshaping the way negotiators plan, analyse, and make decisions under pressure. We will share concrete findings on where AI adds genuine value, and where human judgement, skills and expertise remain irreplaceable.

The session will cover:

  • What the research reveals about AI-supported negotiation in different settings, including crisis, frontline and multi-stakeholder contexts
  • Practical tools and frameworks — from stakeholder mapping to scenario planning — and how AI enhances them
  • The human-AI balance: how individuals and teams can leverage AI tools to enhance their negotiation capacity without losing sight of trust, creativity, and relational dynamics

Join this online conversation to tackle some of the most consequential questions facing negotiators today.
