Diplomat and lawyer working across multilateral affairs, currently covering disarmament, global health and migration at Lithuania's Permanent Mission to the UN Office and other international organisations in Geneva. Earlier work in New York and Geneva spanned multilateral elections, human rights and public diplomacy, and produced a number of 'firsts' for Lithuania - among them its first election to the Human Rights Council and the highest position ever held by a Lithuanian in the UN system.
